Effective Email Writing

Course Length: 1/2 day

This course trains all levels in an organization to deal more efficiently and effectively with today's number-one communication tool: e-mail. Participants will learn to overcome the inherent challenges with e-mail -- issues such as unclear subject lines, meandering messages, misinterpretation of tone --  and produce clear, concise, and accurate messages. The participants will also gain valuable techniques in proper e-mail etiquette that will reduce misunderstandings and improve productivity.
