We all know what it's like when emotions are challenging, the trick is to be smart with feelings - yours and others! Emotional Intelligence ("EQ") is the ability to use emotions effectively and it's the foundation for high-performing relationships.

Whether you're leading people, managing teams, or working with customers, emotional intelligence skills can be applied to increase one's self-authority, manage conflict more constructively, and build higher quality relationships. This highly interactive workshop provides a "safe" environment to practice using tools to become more self-aware, self-managing and connect emotions and actions to positively impact your work. Participants learn 4 key emotional skills: self-awareness, self-management, motivation, and relationship management.
