We are able to develop events that:
The events can be designed for anywhere between five and 500 people and can accommodate the time, location and coverage needs of the group. Both indoor and outdoor events are possible, depending on the style and mood you would like to produce, and, of course, the weather. We tailor events to address the client's needs and produce the client's desired results.
While all of our suggested events produce a sense of spirit, energy and personal connectedness, we can always include business simulations that directly address organizational concerns such as:
Two to Six-hour Corporate Games Session- up to 100 participants, indoors and/or outdoors. The session consists of approximately 10 different events through which participants circulate and culminates with an exciting event that requires the whole group to work together as a team.
Philanthropic Business Simulation Day- up to 500 participants at a time, takes place in a very large meeting room/hotel ballroom, minimum of four hours. This event is a fast-paced business simulation that has embedded in it a contribution to a specific charity.
Ropes Course Day - up to 100 participants at a time, takes place outdoors at our course in nearby Santa Cruz. The day on the ropes course gives participants a chance to practice basic team principles such as awareness, choice and accountability, and to have an enlivening, enjoyable and challenging experience. Short activities that can be incorporated into your offsite or conference:
Beach Ball Event- 5 or 10 minutes per exercise. This is a short, fast-paced event is repeatable, allowing a team to produce continuous improvements. Best conducted throughout a day or half day so the group can see measurable improvement in their performance.
Shape It Up- 1 hour. This communication exercise challenges a team to see the way in which they begin to create a common language around what they do and how they are together. Breakdowns point to areas of communication in the group that can be improved.
The Maze- 75 minutes. Teams work to discover a safe path through a maze and navigate that path as a whole team within a specific time frame.
Horse-Building Event - 1.5 - 2 hours. A life-sized horse and rider are built from newspapers, tape and string, challenging a group to design, engineer and produce a unique product in a short timeframe.
