Course Length: 1 day

In this workshop, you will learn what change management is, the keys to successful change, understanding the psychology of change, and the change management process. Participants will also learn 10 Things to Remember About Change Management and leave with a personalized action plan based on the day's learnings.

The course is highly interactive, with individual and group exercises to keep the pace engaging and reinforce learning.
