When it comes to culture, its impacts are subtle yet manifold. The topic of
culture is so wide that there will never be a time when one can sit back
and say that he /she knows everything there is to know about a particular
country and its ‘culture’.
The
participants will become aware of the energy, emphasis and attention they
personally bring to an international role. This will highlight the gap
between the skills required when moving from a national to an
international context, where barriers of distance, culture, time zones and
language will have to be overcome.
Understand
the meaning and importance of culture and develop cross-cultural
sensitivity.

and apply the international etiquette protocols with reference to the
specific country.

the expected behavior norms in the different areas – workplace etiquette,
public etiquette, and social etiquette.
