This course addresses the understanding, creation, and application of effective strategies for to managerial responsibilities.

Audience:
The program targets the Manager who must choose the best strategy or strategies for his/her group and organization. It is an advanced version of Bob Lorentzen’s “Strategic Thinking in a Functional World” which focuses on strategy for individual contributors.

Business and technical managers:
- 3 years and more managerial experience
