The program targets the Manager who must choose the best strategy or strategies for his/her group and organization. It is an advanced version of Bob Lorentzen’s “Strategic Thinking in a Functional World” which focuses on strategy for individual contributors.
Business and technical managers:
- 3 years and more managerial experience

This interactive course introduces strategic best practices to attendees then builds understanding and skill through strategy application to real life scenarios. Scenarios reflect Silicon Valley and other companies plus the current and future world economic conditions.
