In this workshop, you will learn what change management is, the keys to successful change and to understand the psychology of change and the change management process.

The course is highly interactive, with individual and group exercises to keep the pace engaging and reinforce learning.

  • Understand your role and responsibility in leading change and transformation
  • Gain the ability to assess employee concerns/possible resistance and how to work through them
  • Have a solid understanding of communication strategies and personality styles to support change
  • Be able to drive alignment with both local and remote teams
  • Identify a scenario of change in your organizations and create strategies to align employees

  4. Identifying strengths and potential issues of org during change
  5. Identifying and dealing with potential employee reactions to change
  6. Understanding communication/personality styles

  8. Putting it all together-tailored scenarios for teams to work through, applying everything we discussed
