Overview

The webinar begins with an overview of what constitutes professionalism and moves into emotional intelligence – understanding ourselves and the environment in which we operate, and the relationships with ourselves and others that we manage.

Participants learn how to avoid embarrassing situations and take a pro-active stance in creating their professional image and brand. It will close with participants learning the “ABC’s” of Professionalism: how to create an attitude and appearance that contribute to success and professional growth; business etiquette in verbal and non-verbal communications; and communication guidelines with a focus on communication. A professional image requires awareness as our career evolves and then we end with recommended next steps.
