Overview

Situational Leadership® II (SLII) is the world’s most taught leadership model for developing employees and delegating appropriately.  It is a language and strategy for providing the right amount of direction and support to improve performance, productivity and accountability.

Objectives

Diagnose the needs of an individual or team and choose the leadership style to respond appropriately to the task or situation

  • Understand the negative impact of over-supervision and under-supervision on performance and morale
  • Create a common language for setting clear performance goals and expectations
  • Develop employee self-reliance and drive to work independently or in teams
