MARTIN WOODROW brings to organizations 25+ years of senior-level management experience in high tech, semiconductor, pharmaceutical and medical device industries with extensive business knowledge and experience of managing cross-functional teams, fostering strategic alliances, negotiations, development, production and business affairs. Possessing core competencies in Organizational Management and Corporate Education, Martin’s unique combination of strong practical business experience and management consulting skills has helped individuals and companies to address leadership development, employee engagement, and performance management issues. He has consulted and worked with companies in financial services, technology, healthcare, biopharma, nonprofit and medical device industries.
A notable accomplishment was Martin’s 10-year tenure at KLA-Tencor where he oversaw all aspects of the global Executive and Management Development Programs, including executive mentoring and coaching, strategic talent development of high potential executives, management development and front-line supervisor training. All which quickly became the benchmark in the high tech industry, recognized by Training Magazine’s Top 100 Training Organizations for 2002 - 2006 as “best practices.”
Martin holds a B.S. in Business Administration from San Jose State University, a B.A. in Religion from Multnomah University and an M.A. in Education from Western Seminary. He is also a professional member of the American Society of Training and Development and the International Coaching Federation. He is certified as a Personal and Executive Coach.
